This site is run by Eduard Buturuga-Pascu, a freelance motion graphic designer based in Luton, UK. You can contact me through the contact form on the home page.
What I collect
If you use the contact form, I receive the name, email address, company name (if you add one), enquiry type and message you submit. I do not ask for payment details through this site.
Why I use it
I use those details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss or quote for a project. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use its own analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The contact form is a standard HTML form and does not create an account. Videos are embedded from Vimeo, which may set cookies when a player loads or you press play; those cookies are covered by Vimeo's privacy policy.
Who sees it
I do not sell or share your details. The site and mailbox are hosted by Hostinger, which processes the message so it can be delivered and stored. I do not add you to a marketing list.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any project that follows. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details I hold, ask me to correct or delete them, or object to how they are used. Use the contact form and mention that your message is about your data. If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
